mwab_input format simplification #33

Change mwab_input.txt by removing the X item. This item is unused
in displays or elsewhere, and is redundant.

old format:
abbrv<TAB><id>abbrv</id> <disp>tooltip</disp>
new format:
abbrv<TAB><disp>tooltip</disp>
