File uploads - file mask

In the file upload, something isn't right, Multiple commented on this. The likely files folks will be uploading are PDFs and Word Documents, but it looks like it's coming up with "custom" or something, and now showing people what they would expect to see.

Beta Feedback 1:
When I went to upload documents my browser
defaulted to “custom” rather than “pdf” Maybe
my issue, but no other program does this

Beta Feedback 2:
It seems to default to the “custom files” under the file name every time when uploading documents.
Every click I don’t have to make saves time!
