SIL license used, but not mentioned in LICENSE file #155

While packaging for fedora, the file containing SIL license was found:

test/dummy/app/assets/stylesheets/erb_render_with_context.css.erb

Please include it in your License file.

Note that this license is AFAIK shortened to OFL.
