Hi,

I already used your bone marrow web app successfully some weeks ago, but today I tried several scanpy/anndata/h5py package version combinations to save my data to an .h5ad file and always get the "object of type 'environment' is not subsettable" error when uploading.

Finding this issue satijalab/seurat#2485 did not help me solve it.

Hi Sabrina, loading h5ad is often tricky since they don't always look the same. If possible, could you email your dataset or a reduced version of it to me at [email protected] so that I can try and debug your issue?

Same error for me
If I use the SeuratDisk package it says : Error in source[["var"]][[mf]]$read() : attempt to apply non-function

Sorry for necro'ing an old thread but it was open
