Can't download/view results

Hello!

Thank you very much for this great app.
Sometimes (very often), when I upload an RDS file, and then click the button to map my data to the reference, after the app goes through the usual processes and the progress bar reaches the end, the results page shows up, but then immediately kind of dims. The whole page turns a strange faded color, and I cannot download the results--every download button I click results in downloading an html file.

What should I do to avoid such an outcome?
