Suggested default keybinding

I've recently added the following keybinding to my ~/.visidatarc, and thought it might be a good candidate for a default keybind:

# Jump to first row and column with 'go' (same as Vim)
Sheet.addCommand('go', 'scroll-cells-top-left', 'sheet.cursorRowIndex = 0; sheet.cursorColumnIndex = 0')

Visidata already mirrors Vim's gg to jump to the first row of the current column, and G to jump to the last row of the current column.
This adds an equivalent to Vim's go, which jumps to the first row and column.
