precision on scheduling syntax

For the purpose of emulating a talking clock
i want to schedule something like this

( { (0h03s) or (0h13s) or (0h23s) or (0h33s) or (0h51s) },zero_heure ),

but it does not seem to work

any idea ?

( { (0h and 03s) or (0h and 13s) or (0h and 23s) or (0h and 33s) or (0h and 51s) },zero_heure ),
