Hi, unfortunately, we are moving away from scala and our company is really tight on resources. We really would like to help this but I am planning to work on this outside the work hours 🙂

The upcoming version of PGV (protoc-gen-validate) is going to be protovalidate
We would like to switch to using protovalidate which is technically backward compatible but our scala code can't catch-up with it.
