Description of the Bug

dash can be turn on, connectable, can read parms but no bms version displayed and unresponsive.
no throttle action, no underglow, and single press of dash button just turns the scooter off(supposed to be long press and a beep before turning off)

Steps to Reproduce

flash base255 version of shfw v8_1

Expected vs. Actual Behavior

expected : everything works just like base133 version
actual : unresponsive
