What happened:

Please refer to the screenshot below: when a stage is detached, there is no viable method to initiate the first job within that stage.

What you expected to happen:

A detached stage should enable manual start, necessitating a front-end menu for execution.

How to reproduce it:

This repo and pipeline can be used to reproduce the issue.
