List of channels isn't complete and doesn't represent the full list of output data from the ECU

I see we've enumerated the list of Guage Configurations, but this isn't the list of available Output Channels... so this is something that needs to be fixed. TS actually gives you the full list of [OutputChannels] in the ini to select from. This list also contains no duplicate, which is present in the [Guage Configurations] list.

This requires a major redo of the entire Gauges approach - are you sure you are ok for me to do this? I'll be ripping heaps out and changing a lot of code? ok?

Sure, go for it. The gauge thing worked when there were only gauges and
there weren't that many of them. We have too many Indicator types for it
to work well anymore.
