Sanoid does not prune syncoid snapshots.

This work is based on release 2.1.0, because I have no time to review all changes since then in detail:

d8dea13 added support for syncoid snap pruning

3c3ad7e version 2.1.0.2 is not officially maintained by Jim Salter but Steffen Dettmer
