apps And Shelf unfunctional after a while; Also, Touchscreen unresponsive.

Hello thx for great work

I have a little problem with the OS - on both surface pro 7 and 8 happens and the issues and the answer on the web didn't help

I tried from r121 to r 130 and all the brunches and the issues stays also I check all the different brunch Option, no luck!!

1- First problem: after 30-40 minutes or hour of working with chromos suddenly nothing is functional anymore and i need to reboot
only the start menu button on shelf works and also the Wi-Fi and battery tab and also the fan speed increasing and the tablet overheating so, guess some malfunction happens

For EXP: if I open some app it opens on screen but only showing the throbber

2- Second Problem: after waking from sleep, touchscreen is completely disabled it's like iptc completely stops working at all, reboot will fix it but still after waking it happens again so can't put it on sleep at all that's draining the battery

i should say that its on Single boot nothing interfering , right now
