What's wrong?

I am using function lock to quickly use the second row function options on my keybaord with a single key press, e.g. volume up, volume down, mute, etc. However, should I then want to select an actual function key, e.g. F11 for browser full screen, I cannot select F11 when simultaneously depressing the FN key and the F11 key. I have to turn off function lock to then be able to select F11.

How to reproduce the bug?

With function lock enabled, I cannot select the actual F1-F11 keys. Neither through just pressing the key nor by simultaneously pressing FN key and the Function key. I have to turn off function lock in order to select the function key, e.g F11 for browser full screen.

@Grimloktt hello, I was answering this #2093 #2093. This is not possible

G-Helper just imitates a real fn-lock by (temporarily) registering F1-F11 as own hotkeys in windows, and processing corresponding actions when you press them. Opposite can't be done.

Thanks

OK. TY for your quick reply. Is that something that could be done? Is it worth asking in the feature request option?

@Grimloktt it can't be done. Some new devices (mid 2024+) just have hardware fn-lock that flips FN-F and F keys as it should be. On others I have already done everything that is doable on software level.
