Radio Droid on Fire TV (ADB sideload) UI difficult search

Used ADB INSTALL to smart Fire TV in developer mode to side load net.programmierecke.radiodroid2_96.apk

The UI is not usable on smart Fire TV using only the remote.

Some usability is improved by pairing keyboard but no mouse pointer seen when paired.
Search keyboard never revealed as it flashes past and never stays.
Small red underline and highlight on white hard to see as well as station currently pointed to.
No way to enter station ie: ROCK ANTENNE Softrock even when using BT keyboard.

Save with tab to /sdcard/Music/ using BT keyboard but save is not easy to accomplish without tab and remote sequence.
No place the saved m3u is found in UI to restore list.

Looking at source to try to find instructions and key strokes for UI.
