What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put in a header
2. put in header-first with diffrent height
3. same with footer

header/footer is cut off

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
full first-header and header on page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.2 on openSUSE
