Run "spin provision" on specific environment

Hi! I have 2 x EC2 instances. I was planning to make the first one for production and the other one for staging.

I was successful with the first EC2 instance. Then I moved on to the next instance. But then I don't know how to make it so that the spin provision will only run on the second EC2 instance. And there is no option anywhere to specify the IP address or environment it should run on.

It can be helpful for teams who have different EC2 instances for different environments.

Maybe add an option to specify the IP address or the environment name or something.

I can run "spin provision" on a specific EC2 instance only.
