Feature Request

Recently today only i downloaded this mod from Steam Workshop and found it interesting. The only issue which i faced and has a lot to do with this mod is when it comes to rappelling down to the buildings where there are floors available like the Office Building eg. than starting from top it can only climb back up but i would recommend to get in 3rd floor also which i cannot get in . Can we have breaching command or scroll wheel which basically takes a long jump outside and comes in faster and land on his knees animation making it more realistic.

Could we have Items such as "Rope" that'd be required to rappel as well as different lenghts and the ability to pick them up when done? Maybe add in so you can remove the rope on an already rappeling enemy(or friendly ;) )? Only thing keeping me from using this mod is the fact that it's too arcadish.
