Some of our function, e.g. [HttpPut("{userId}", Name = "UpdateUser")] and [HttpDelete("{userId}", Name = "DeleteUser")], have Personally identifiable information (PII). We need to change them to avoid that, for the sake of our non-analytics telemetry.
