Player with proper subtitle support

I paid for this WebOS app as I wanted to support the creators. Unfortunately I no longer use it as I can't disable subtitles without transcoding and I know of others who are in the same position. If there is nothing you can do about embedded subtitles with the current API, please rewrite in HTML5 or whatever necessary to make it work for those who have paid for this app. Thank you.
