The current implementation maintains a 1:1 ratio - a single Custodian maintains a single Grantor Capability. However, it might be more useful for a Custodian resource to manage any number of addressed Grantor Capabilities. This alleviates auditability (#2) and simplifies both recovery management and transmission of recoverable Capabilities.
