The Census has a lot of information about how people are counted, and who ends up not getting counted at all. Using data provided by the Census and propensity for an undercount, model the high risk areas of Houston. This can help enumerators (door knockers) provide targeted outreach.

I would only be able to come after 8:00 on Saturday for the Hackathonbut... I'm a visual designer but my day job is a labor/community organizer and I am doing census organizing in the AAPI community. I'm also in Houston in Action's Census Working Group for that job so is anyone doing this project? I would like to help.
