Describe the bug
The feature is comment by default for SLiMS 9 Bulian. But when user want to activate it, they can uncomment within the sub-menu. The appearance of the sub-menu needs to be adjusted for SLiMS 9 Bulian.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Uncomment the sub-menu Z3950 service in the submenu.php within admin/modules/bibliography
  2. Login to your SLiMS 9
  3. Go to Bibliography module
  4. See the sub-menu appear

Expected behavior
A sub-menu with appearence needs to be adjusted.

I have also experienced the same at chrome browser also.
