Extension no longer in the Chrome Web Store

The URL from the README.md returns 404. Has it been removed from the Chrome Web Store?

Bump @smblott-github. I couldn't find any other extension which redirected to a new tab page, while also not focusing Chrome's omnibar. Because it's not in the web store, if you setup chrome on another computer and sync your chrome settings, this particular extension does not travel.

He is absent for two years. He reappeared only on 13 January 2022.
