Too many steps to setup #1

The setup seems complicated, makes it easy to miss a step. We need to simplify and automate any steps we can automate.
Custom setups should be left to the independent repositories - probably every repository should have a Makefile which would be ran once per repository

True, we can make some improvements

Currently the setup script here only handles the creation of the config files for each of the microservices nothing custom. This is the way it will be setup if one was going through the repos one at a time. I do agree, the steps are too many

The challenge is in filling the configs which have to be manually entered. A makefile/bash script could only handle config file creation and placements. Unless this is meant to be an internal tool only we will use then we can approach the setup differently

The issues stems from our architecture, keep this open - would revise our architecture and advice what direction we take
