Missing depends folder

The dependsfolder is missing from the repository.

• this library is used: https://github.com/filecoin-project/bls-signatures but the library has to be adjusted to produce the necessary .so file.

VIR is implemented in https://github.com/snp-labs/verifiable-image-redacting/tree/master/libsnark/zk_proof_systems/ppzksnark/snark_for_filtering. this folder is not clean up (cc-snark, cp-snark are mixed).
