위 메시지가 뜨며, development server에 접속할 수 없습니다.
혹시 서버 접속 상태를 확인 해주실 수 있으실까요?

서버 접속 장애가 있어서 오후 8시까지 복구 예정입니다. #164 를 참조해주세요.
