Manual should be updated for init scripts

A future version of Dashboard will ship with init scripts which will let you manage the workers with Puppet or your platform's service tools

these scripts do in fact exist at
ext/debian/puppet-dashboard-workers.init
and
ext/redhat/puppet-dashboard-workers.init

There is also a systemd config at
ext/redhat/puppet-dashboard-workers.service
