The tool should recognize all rally stages of the final DiRT Rally 2.0 seasons of 2019

Support all cars of Season 3 & 4
Support all tracks of Season 3 & 4

Season 4 focuses solely on Rally Cross cars and tracks, so this might the point to decide whether to include RX.
