Economic Incentivization

Enable an Economic Incentivization system, backed by SourceHub to add security and disincentivize collusion among nodes.

This system will require all nodes within a secret ring to stake an amount of value that is locked up for the duration of their membership in the ring. This staked can be slashed for various actions as a form of disincentivization.

Slashing examples:

• Missing X number of Reencrypt requests over Y time
• Initiating a Reencrypt request for a user without authorization
• Sharing your private key share for the ring DKG.

A verifiable piece of evidence will need to be supplied with each violation from the reporting party. At which time, the offending party's stake will be slashed, and the slashed amount will be rewarded to the reporting party.
