Better configuration file, better caching system, better ftp handling

Would be better to use something more structured, like XML, or YAML.

Also the caching system and ftp handling should be improved, so that we can support caching games from vita/pstv again and bring back displaying games/homebrew on vita/pstv on vitaoriganizer.
