I've been using spicetify for a long time now and around 3-4 months ago I took a break bc I had irl stuff to do.
During the tailend of that time I updated spicetify once and the window control buttons on the upper-right corner of the Spotify.exe window [minimize, maximize, close] didn't have a transparent background anymore that used to make the window controls blend in to the custom themes and everything was great.
After that update the window controls looked like this and for context this is the entire Spotify window with this bug.
I love spicetify and how easy the marketplace made applying custom skins compared to command lines that I used before, The marketplace is also great for other gadgets, like Extensions and Snippets and every little plug-in is in a nicely formed list that's very user-friendly and nice.
So I don't like to shit on spicetify in anyway and this is just a minor issue that bothers me when the rest of the window's UI is so clean and blend in together well.
But a couple days ago I opened spicetify again, applied the most recent update and noticed that the window controls still don't have a transparent background. I don't know how that could be fixed or what it would take to do so, I'm not a developer, but it's a sore sight for the eyes, especially when the custom skins are otherwise so cool and smooth-looking, like Dribbblish or text.
But there's the possibility that I'm the only one seeing this and I don't know how that would've really happened.
I've seeked the internets for some answers, and I've tried adding "--transparent-window-controls" to the end of the target line inside Spotify.exe's properties and that has never done anything for me.
So if anyone of y'all smart guys know what I'm talking about; is there a fix for this or do y'all even pay attention to this? Am I the only one this has happened?
Thanks a lot.
