Issue installing "python-for-scientific-computing" via REST

Hi,

I've been trying to build and run the attack range for two weeks now. The newest error I can't figure out is a timeout of add-on installations via the Splunk server REST API.

Issue #141 seemed to be the closest one to mine, so I followed the advice given there. This is the output I got when I tried to manually install the add-on through the API. I did not change any credentials in any configuration files.

I then increased the splunkdConnectionTimeout under /terraform/roles/splunk-server/files/web.conf to 999999999.

It still failed with the same error.

I'm not sure how to proceed from here.
