Not Tracking Changes within Unity

Prerequisites

Installed on MacOs.

Description

Git for Unity does not appear to be tracking changes. I am able to view history within Git for Unity and can view changes in Sourcetree so I think the issue is within Git for Unity. Nothing stands out in ~/Library/Logs/GitHubUnity/github-unity.log

When you say it's not tracking changes, does that mean you can't see a list of changed files in the Changes view?

Yes, within the Changes view, it shows as "No changed files".
