HA already has an integration for picking up adverse weather notifications - https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/meteoalarm/ - and a simple automation could parse a warning to see if local power outages are a concern.
So all that Predbat would need to do is fully charge and hold while a binary sensor was on.

I was just reading about the Tesla Powerwall 3’s Storm Watch feature - https://www.tesla.com/en_gb/support/energy/powerwall/mobile-app/storm-watch - and it struck me that this is something that could potentially easily be included in Predbat. Maybe.
