You're pretty lacking in info here and I'm not a dev so I can't entirely help, but usually the reason the play button "doesn't work" is because the lyrics you have in the notes aren't compatable with the voicebank. If it doesn't have anything it can render, it doesn't try to render at all, and therefore doesn't play. I can't tell what's written there since you haven't shown contents the actual part, but that's Teto's Japanese VCV(Vowel-Consonant-Vowel), which would be formatted like "a か" [a ka]. Typically, a VCV voicebank won't read lyrics of only Hiragana, and it won't read any Romaji or Katakana lyrics. If you want to use plain Hiragana, I would recommend you switch to her CV(Consonant-Vowel) bank, as that is formatted in plan Hiragana. I may be wrong, but don't believe there's a version of her that supports Romaji either if that's your intent/format you're using, you may have to re-alias her CV bank on your own to support that.
