v0.11.0 instead of v0.11.1

In docker deployment v0.11.1, the version of stalwart-mail is 0.11.0
Is it a mistake in stalwart-mail develpment or in the docker deployment?

Version 0.11.1 is the same as 0.11.0. It was rebuilt due to an issue with the build script, some databases were not included.

I hoped that 0.11.1 correct the issue I have since I upgraded from 0.10.0

After a couple of hours, I have the INFO

Concurrency limit exceeded (queue.concurrency-limit-exceeded) details = Outbound concurrency limit exceeded, limit = 25

And it fill the log file, then the disk until the saturation
