Hi,

After downloading the light version of the dataset, I couldn't find the reports.
I want to develop a new NLP method to extract labels and for that reason I want to have the reports.
Is it possible to get access to them?

Thanks

Hi - the reports are not publicly available and we're unable to share them at this time.

Hi, is it possible to access the subset of reports and labels used to evaluate the labeler in the paper? (the 1000 reports set manually-extracted by 2 radiologists, mentioned in the "Report Evaluation Set" subsection, not necessarily with their images). It would be useful to evaluate novel labeler approaches.

Hi @pdpino,
Thanks for asking! Unfortunately, these 1000 reports are not currently de-identified and thus cannot be shared. If these reports are de-identified (which may happen depending on progress of an initiative within Stanford), we can then grant access.
