IntelliJ plugin with GUI preview

I know this is probably a long shot, and pretty difficult to make, but a preview of how a GUI is going to look, like the one Cirrus has would be a pretty nice feature.
This would probably only be possible in XML files.

I like the idea, but this is indeed pretty time consuming. I'd like to see this one day, but it won't really be a high priority for me.
