Contributing words and/or dictionaries

I have not seen docs on how to contribute to the dictionaries and/or word lists used by CSpell, so I though I would ask how to do so.

I have been creating some word lists and configuration for using CSpell with pre-commit and would like to contribute back to the community.

The word lists are not ready for contributing yet (they need to be divided into more granular lists, for example, so that one can use the word lists appropriate for the files that are being checked; that part is easy enough), but once they are I'd like to know how to submit them.

I presume there is 'stemming' and so on that would be needed for the actual dictionaries?

Can we please add a section inside the docs and maybe even on the cli suggesting where the contributions about missing words from dictionaries should be sent? I gas to search online for >10 mins to find this thread. Tx.

You make a good point. Would you like to make a PR that changes the README.md to add a section on where to add new word?
