ui doesn't seem quite clear -- people may expect a preview result online.

Based on user feedback:

I would suggest something to indicate the app workflow up front instead of as you go through the steps. For instance a short line saying that results will only be available by email, and that there is no preview of the results in the app. Or perhaps combine the "Submit" and "Send report" buttons?

Maybe solved by actually showing the rendered preview.
