Invalid METS files in metadata/Sandbox/Zeitung

The METS files Ausgabe, GA and Jahrgang are no valid XML files. After fixing Ausgabe, it still does not pass the Schematron tests of DDB.

@sruehle, the DDB documentation for "Gesamtaufnahme" and "Jahrgang" (https://wiki.deutsche-digitale-bibliothek.de/display/DFD/Gesamtaufnahme+Zeitung+1.0 and https://wiki.deutsche-digitale-bibliothek.de/display/DFD/Jahrgang+Zeitung+1.0) refers to the invalid GA and Jahrgang as examples, so either the DDB documentation should add its own valid examples, or the METS files here should be fixed.

The DDB documentation for an issue (https://wiki.deutsche-digitale-bibliothek.de/display/DFD/Ausgabe+Zeitung+1.0) provides its own example which is valid and passes the schematron check.

@sebastian-meyer, the DDB documentation and examples differ from the requirements of Kitodo.Presentation / DFG Viewer, for example when setting the title of a newspaper. Is this a bug in the documentation, or is it a bug in Kitodo.Presentation?
