scrapy list command doesnt work #11

all the requirements were successfully installed but 'scrapy list' command didnt work giving the error "'scrapy' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file."

I was getting a problem with because I hadn't imported ipdb before. I had to pip --install ipbd before it would work.. Not sure if you have ipbd installed yet?

I ran into the same issue - when I re-did the tutorial using the conda command line AND pip installed ipdb there this worked. I am on Windows running CMD.exe Prompt 0.1.1
