Setting workflow to open in chrome incognito? #1

Is there any way to accomplish this?

I have Safari set to always open in private mode and had set this workflow to use Safari, but I prefer the Chrome devtools considerably more.

Is there a way to get this workflow to do always open localhost pages in incognito mode, without setting that to chromes default?
