2.6 describes creating an object with a segmented file upload. It does not differentiate between creating an object with a binary file or with a package as the segmented file. The previous sections 2.4 and 2.5 do make this distinction, so we should consider doing the same here.

After reflecting on this for a bit, I decided not to split 2.6, as in reality the difference here is in the By-Reference document itself, not the deposit. I did note that the behaviours document does not do a good job of referencing the reader to the appropriate document definitions. In the interim, I have simply highlighted document definitions in bold, but I may return to this and consider linking them to the main spec, or providing some other view of the document for convenience.
