Describe the bug

Certainly timing related because if I wait a few seconds for ldk to initialise before pasting it doesn't toast.
My guess is the pasting causes a re-init of ldk and the error is shown. Do we need to ever show this error?

Reproduce

  1. On cold startup, paste an LN invoice or lnurl
  2. Observe toast error
