[Bug]: Bitcoin Calculator conversion isn't refreshed when switching local fiat currency

Describe the bug

When there is a bitcoin value in the Bitcoin Calculator there is no refresh of the conversion value when your local currency setting is changed. You need to change one of the values (bitcoin or fiat) for it to refresh.

Reproduce

1. Go to view Bitcoin Calculator widget on home page
2. Input some bitcoin value
3. Observe the fiat conversion value
4. Go to General Settings and change your local currency
5. Go back to home page and observe fiat value is unchanged, and likely incorrect.
