Describe the bug

After installing the Sci-pdf plugin, it is not found in the Settings or preferences. Try disabling the plugin. Restarting zotero won't work.

试试先 disable 然后重启，然后 enable 然后再重启。我在别的 plugin 上见过类似的 bug，估计是 zotero 自己的问题
