为什么第一次直接就开始减0.01 #38

我看了比如我设置的金额12，没有人支付12，默认直接就是11.99 另外如果超时的话，11.99 超时没有支付的话，下次应该复位，但是实际上会按照11.99 11.98 11.97一直往下面走
