Our contracts should match the FunC reference ones as much as possible. So, correct me if I'm wrong, but it implements https://github.com/ton-blockchain/token-contract/blob/main/ft/jetton-minter-discoverable.fc and not https://github.com/ton-blockchain/token-contract/blob/main/ft/jetton-minter.fc
